Welcome to The Pet-First Company! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and platform. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

The Pet-First Company is a lead generation platform that connects pet owners ("Owners") with independent pet care providers ("Sitters") in the United Arab Emirates. We act as a facilitator to help Owners find Sitters for various services, including pet sitting, dog walking, and pet boarding. We are not an employer of Sitters.

2. Account Registration & Use

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration or inquiry process.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or through your inquiries.
• Sitters who sign up for our paid plans agree to a monthly subscription fee in exchange for enhanced visibility and a guaranteed number of leads, as detailed on our "Partner With Us" page.

3. User Responsibilities

Pet Owners are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and detailed information about their pet's health, behavior, and care needs.
• Ensuring their pet is safe and poses no danger to the Sitter.
• Conducting their own due diligence, including interviewing Sitters, to ensure they are a suitable match.
• Arranging and fulfilling payment directly with the Sitter.

Sitters are responsible for:

• Providing honest and accurate information in their profiles.
• Delivering the agreed-upon services in a professional and compassionate manner.
• Communicating clearly with Owners regarding scheduling, payments, and any issues that arise.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Providing false or misleading information.
• Using the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users.
• Attempting to scrape, hack, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
• Circumventing any security measures we have in place.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Pet-First Company is a neutral facilitator. We are not a party to the agreements made between Owners and Sitters. We are not liable for any acts or omissions of our users, including any injury to pets, property damage, or failure to perform services. All transactions and agreements are solely between the Owner and the Sitter. We do not provide insurance for any incidents that may occur.

6. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the platform after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
